Delivery and Collection Policy

We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain and offer free collection by prior arrangement. Product preparation and delivery are separate stages.

Production time

Typical production is approximately 3–5 working days after payment, stock confirmation and final proof approval. Larger quantities, embroidery, special garments or complex artwork may take longer. Any date shown before proof approval is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.

Bahrain delivery

Standard Bahrain delivery is BD 2.000 unless a different charge is agreed for a large, urgent or special-handling order. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after production is complete. We will contact you if the address is outside our normal service area or needs a revised quotation.

Collection

Collection is free. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready and arrange a collection time before travelling. The person collecting may be asked for the order number and customer telephone number.

Address and availability

Customers must provide a complete Bahrain address, including area, block, road, building and any useful delivery instructions. Please provide a reachable Bahrain telephone number. Delays or extra delivery costs caused by an incomplete address, an unreachable recipient or a requested redelivery may be charged separately.

Urgent dates and delays

Contact us before ordering if the products are needed for a fixed event. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, severe weather, carrier disruption or events of force majeure, but we will provide updates and reasonable alternatives.

Inspection on receipt

Check the quantity and condition promptly after delivery. Report missing, damaged or incorrect goods under our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
