Terms and Conditions

These terms govern orders placed with Digiw Advertising & Printing (“Digiw”, “we”, “us”) through this website or directly with our Bahrain team. By submitting an order and accepting the checkout confirmation, you agree to these terms.

Products, quotations and availability

Product images are illustrative. Garment shade, texture and dimensions can vary by screen, manufacturer and batch. Website prices are shown in Bahraini dinars and stated as inclusive of applicable taxes. We may correct an obvious pricing or product error before production and will offer the choice to approve the corrected total or cancel.

Orders and payment

An online submission creates an order request. An order becomes accepted after we confirm stock, artwork, production method, delivery and payment. Payment may be processed securely by Tap Payments or by another method shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details.

Artwork, intellectual property and proofs

You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce every logo, image, name and other work supplied to us, and that its use does not infringe another person’s rights or applicable law. We may decline unlawful, offensive or infringing content. You must review spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and placement carefully. Approval authorises production.

Production and delivery

Production estimates start only after stock, payment and proof approval requirements are complete. Fixed event dates must be agreed in writing before ordering. Delivery and collection are governed by our Delivery and Collection Policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Custom products normally cannot be returned for a change of mind after proof approval or production begins. Defective or incorrect goods remain eligible for an appropriate remedy. Full details and request deadlines appear in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

Customer information

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and order information and remain reachable for proof and delivery communications. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or delay outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
