Quotations and payment

Online totals are estimates until Digiw confirms garment availability, artwork, production method, delivery and payment. Production begins after payment requirements and proof approval are completed.

Artwork and proofs

Customers confirm that they have permission to reproduce submitted artwork. Colours may vary between screens and printed materials. Customers must review spelling, sizing and placement before approving a proof.

Custom products

Approved custom products cannot normally be returned unless defective or different from the approved specification. Report production issues promptly with photographs and the order reference.

Timelines

Production estimates begin after proof approval and may change due to stock, quantity or delivery conditions. Contact us before ordering for a fixed event date.
