Digiw Advertising & Printing collects and uses personal information to quote, produce, deliver and support custom-print orders in Bahrain. We do not sell personal information.

We may collect your name, company, email, telephone number, delivery address, account details, product selections, order history, messages, uploaded artwork and proof decisions. Security logs may include IP address, browser information and request times. Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not store complete card numbers or security codes.

Why we use it

We use information to provide quotations, create and administer orders, take payment, communicate about artwork and delivery, prevent misuse, maintain records, improve our service and comply with legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with payment processors such as Tap Payments, hosting and email providers, delivery partners, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. These providers receive only the information required for their role.

Storage and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Order, accounting and transaction records are kept for the period required for operations, disputes and Bahrain legal obligations. Uploaded artwork and support records may be retained while needed to provide repeat-order and customer-support services, then deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access or correct your information, object to direct marketing, or request deletion where retention is not legally required. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use essential session cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, secure forms and account session working. These are used for site functionality and security rather than third-party behavioural advertising.
